- Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona).
- Appointments are available for non-urgent matters only and subject to technician availability. Existing customers may contact their account manager regarding urgent issues.
- Our consulting services start at $200 USD per hour, with a minimum purchase of 4 hours for new clients.
- Projects involving advanced products may be subject to increased rates due to their complexity. Complex projects may require an additional 1-hour consultation to discuss details.
- TST can provide upfront estimates for projects with a defined scope.
- Work performed outside standard business hours or on holidays will be subject to a higher rate.
- Pre-purchased hours require an account set up with billing information. Upon payment, an invoice for the estimated hours will be issued and credited to your account.
- Purchased hours are valid for one year from the date of purchase and will expire if unused.
- Hours will be consumed in 1-hour increments per engagement.
- TST conducts meetings using Microsoft Teams. Webcams are optional, and if you don’t have a microphone, you can join the call via a provided phone number.
- TST supports Microsoft Teams and Screenconnect for our consultations and does not support other connection software.
- After receiving your booking link, you can send any relevant documentation or screenshots to assist with your consultation.
- Document review is considered billable time, and documents will only be reviewed in advance at the technician’s discretion.
- Do not send passwords or sensitive information via email or contact form. TST will arrange a secure method for transmitting sensitive data if needed.
- All IT consulting engagements will be subject to TST’s terms and conditions for IT consulting work. All first-time customers will also be required to sign the TST Partner Agreement prior to the first appointment.
- There is no warranty for hourly work. All hours are billable regardless of the outcome.
- Please inform us if you have a cap on the number of hours for a specific engagement.
